What is Supervision?
Supervision is facilitated professional learning. This learning supports a professional to be safe, ethical, competent, and provide ‘best practice’ services for their clients.
The supervision I provide is based on reflective and strengths-based models.
I have been providing professional supervision since 2007, supervising: mediators, family dispute resolution (FDR) providers, lawyers, social workers, youth workers and managers in the community, health and education sectors.
Training Solutions
I provide highly regarded, fun and dynamic workplace training.
I create a safe supportive environment and encourage people to be actively involved in their learning. I support participants to recognise, question and challenge assumptions. I pride myself on providing training that sticks.
